By voluntarily opting in to receive SMS notifications from Smash Madness, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Program Description

Smash Madness sends automated text messages to subscribers regarding Smash Madness tournaments, including tournament announcements, registration openings, registration and deadline reminders, brackets, event schedules, schedule changes, and other tournament-related information.

Consent

By checking the SMS consent checkbox and providing your mobile phone number, you agree to receive recurring automated SMS messages from Smash Madness.

Consent is not a condition of purchasing any Smash Madness tournament entry or participating in a tournament.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on tournament schedules and announcements. Subscribers will typically receive no more than 4–6 messages per monthly tournament cycle, although additional messages may occasionally be sent when necessary.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates may apply. Smash Madness does not charge any additional premium fees for receiving these messages.

Opt-Out

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any Smash Madness message. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed.
